He’s our new boss… anyone know anything about how he works and manages?

He doesn't work, and he can't manage. He is a political figure hired by CS to point to DEI as something that somehow works for somebody.
He hails from that miserable, insufferable Capital One. Not good.
Guess WF is seriously looking to force employees out rather than lay off with severance. Hiring someone like that will probably work.
He came from Capital One — one of the most cutthroat workplaces in the country
When DEI goes wrong! And why WF is failing.
I don't understand how someone tasked with giving the company a rosy picture to paint for diversity for the board to tout to investors, media outlets, etc. can now pivot to leading the entire consumer lending, credit, auto, mortgage division. Skillset seems totally incompatible. As a mortgage ops employee, I find it difficult to see what he will bring to the table. Must be nice to be at the club at the top making $$.
KS is a person with no real skill. I think his background was IT, but he's never held a role. Even at other jobs he lists on Linkedin, his roles are vague as he-l. He's a token that doesn't mind being a token, as long as he gets paid.
diversity hire
personally I think he is one of the first personable, likeable executives we have seen at WF in the last few years.
He is woke.
Oh he is something....
worked layered under him in a past role/life…he’s a f—k—g d—k. I’ll leave it at that.
And no…that doesn’t say faking duck
