Yeah, yeah, everyone hates frontline. That’s obvious from policy; you don’t need to spell it out.

Quote - Retail asked to be able to support customers in the store rather than have to call RSL or care for everything. Or otherwise to have care stop sending customers into the store for things stores can’t do. No one asked for their pay to be aligned with care (it also isn’t, care base pay is $20/hr).

Reply - Was this a real thing mentioned in stores? I definitely onow how useless store reps are first hand from working in care. Half the time, those ‘1d10Ts’ in store s don’t even open an account for the customer to answer a quick question. I don’t make commission yet add 75-100 new lines a month on average simply because you d-mb store reps don’t know how to do your job.

And Phillip Humm is now an artist/movie director.

When Phillip Humm from Germany was in charge, T-Mobil lost millions of customers and shut down 7 call centers!

And then Germany comes over and runs the place? No thanks.

You want rid of SLT and show that we've all had enough? Then we need to pick a day to all call in...

Quit complaining. Get on the team and do your part. Everyone else in the company is paid on company performance. You should too.

Reps are still paid for their work and have an accelerator (no decelerate) for store and market performance.

50% of the commission is market based, meaning a store could do everything right and still missing their commission payouts because other stores didn't do their job. Did you miss that part of the call?

The new plan is good. Verizon does team-based for their reps. That’s not what this is. Reps are still paid for their work and have an accelerator (no decelerate) for store and market performance. Retail asked to be on the same team as Care for benefit of customers. That’s not so damn unreasonable to me. And we get paid on individual if individual is better for the rest of the year.

Yes, actions always speak louder than words.
Best bet is to immediately start lining up your next job while you stay at TMO and do your job. Worst case, make them lay you off instead of doing them a favor and quitting. The economy is tanking. Don't leave until you have another job confirmed.

It's ironic they blast Verizon for everything, but looked at their compensation plan for corporate stores and said "you know, they're on to something."

They're practically telling stores right now that they have your ba--s in a vice grip and there's nothing you can do about it except leave. More work and less pay. I hope Sievert and Freier rot in hades for all eternity.
