Internal mergers

How are all the internal mergers going after the April 1 changes? Any good stories about the best and brightest?

Changes are few so far, but moving in the right direction. No hiccups so far, just progressing the obvious synergies first.

Attrition and retirements should help accelerate efficiencies in staffing.

EMTEC is a complete joke. Instead of taking best practices in each organization and they are forcing everything to be ran like URC which is the smallest of the 3 groups and the least efficient. We have completely gone backwards

“Confusion” is the word to describe them with a lot of “feel good” propaganda. But anybody inside EM knows this already so indeed it must be an external troll asking.

Yes, makes perfect sense, we have to cut headcount, but can flush money down the drain on high priced consultants.

We are all managers now as the only thing left to do is to supervise folks in technology centers.

Yes, here’s the story…the best and the brightest are the Deloitte crew who are being handed stacks of cash by ExxonMobil’s worst and dimmest (‘mis-Management’) to do NOTHING of actual value, only creating a charade of doing something and flushing MORE cash down the Teloitte
