Seems like several departments were notified of management positions being by terminated yesterday. Anyone know the total number of jobs cut?

Hopefully this applies to TOS. Never seen so much uselessness in one group. So many levels of official meeting attenders. Old employees that have not added anything to any conversation for decades. The managers reporting to managers should all be let go, allowing a nimble management team to take over. Time to slash levels. No TOS employee should be more than 3 or 4 levels from CIO.
It appears company-wide; middle managers were let go in small numbers in each department so the numbers will be under the radar. Smells like a McKinsey tactic.
What area are you in, where the facilities team was affected?
Right now, I haven't heard anything concrete. I know the facilities team in my area was cut in half. Aside from that, I haven't heard anything.
