Optional Steel Toes in Baytown

Thinking about joining Exxon to help y’all build that fancy hydrogen plant… do y’all wear steel toe boots? I see this guy doesn’t have to…

Seems at EM that even the cleaning crew emptying office trash can must wear steel toe boots. At least they did back when we had trash cans.

Baseball cap would be preferable to the haircut style best described as horseshoe plus Mohawk.

Looked like a homeless guy that just received a makeover.

Well, what do you people expect, when the corporation has hired an ex-wallstreeter to be the president of LCS.

At least he didn't go with a baseball cap.

Wishful thinking. You won't help building anything because XOM is not a builder, it's an administrator.nYou might help your supervisor looking good to his bosses and in retribution he/she will reward you with a G or VG ranking. If you brown-nose right you might even get an E. Go elsewhere dude, anywhere is better than this dumpster.

As a cost-saving measure, it's pretty much BYO PPE at our sites.
I'd recommend steel-toed boots, even if an office worker.
