I am so tired of the constant demands to do more with less. I am done. Job search begins now.

Try going 5 years w/out a raise. The new company EMTE is a joke. LC is doing nothing to improve Annandale. She interviews some tool who is probably getting paid way too much. The whole place is has the stink of Louie over it. PA wing is nothing but a waste of oxygen. So, do like everyone else. Come in do as little as possible and go home.

Then don’t try. Get done what you can in eight hours then go home.

Just do less with less. They claim that new hires need approval by presidents or SVP.

Just do less with less until they decide kick off the hiring process.

Just tell them to do one.
Even if you manage to complete all this additional work, it's most likely that the supervisor will take the credit for their 'management' of the issue and the worker bee won't see significant rise in pay.
If you can't manage your workload and fail to deliver, there's good justification for PIP and you'll be out the door.

Risk/reward for taking it on is abysmal, just tell them to do one and if they don't like it then you can go looking elsewhere.

Me too. Supervisors have stopped trying to demonstrate good management skills and are operating in commando mode extracting anything useful to them in any way possible and not caring about the carnage. The carnage is your fault not theirs. F this cr-p . Why stick around and get continuously kicked in the nvts?
