The previous poster is on crack. No LL3s or 4s are getting cut. They are the ones doing the cuts. 5s and 6s are fair play, no doubt. But this will largely be a numbers game in the LL5 ranks and lower. It will be a bloodbath. The survivors will be browbeat to do more as management will insist that nothing is stopped. They'll use bully tactics and fear to get little to work 60+ hour weeks.
Buckle up. Its going to be a bumpy ride.
I keep seeing "SRD" referenced on this site. What does it stand for?
The word from on high is that non-technical, non-skilled, political LL6 are to be chopped. LL3-LL5 ranks to be thinned. GSR ranks will also take a significant hit. C-suite was P.O. when they realized LL3-LL5 had protected the non-value-add LL6 and canned the technical leaders in the SRD. Ergo the pendulum has swung. Of course we all know how adept LL3-LL5 are at ignoring c-suite direction and spinning yarns about their cronies abilities. We can only hope, for Ford’s sake, that all the LL3-LL5 responsible for the SRD debacle are canned this go around.
All of this proved to be true, just read that Bloomberg leak.

What is with these constant fear mongering posts with incredibly vague information?
Someone knows enough to say with assurance that the end is near while failing to add any elaboration?
Maybe if you actually did some work instead of circle-jerking on this forum cuts wouldn't be a constant thing.
