Anyone heard of any adjustments for Brits or aren’t enough of us leaving as yet? Or do EM just not care if we leave. They will say our comparator companies are not increasing and give us a heap of companies who we are not losing people to

@9mqa+1hPAe5EE Think it'll have to be football after Sunday! 😁
It’s quite clear that We are Fawley v2 is required ASAP.
A game of croquet on the front lawn will cheer you up.
UK will definitely continue to shrink for sure, hence any effort to retain employees isn't necessary.
Obvious that they don’t care and obvious that uk country leadership know the end is coming.
@5smf+1hPAe5EE
You don’t need/deserve a raise.
You will stuff your face with noodles, admire the Red Bull mini and eat the odd ice cream. This is more than enough.
If you don’t like it, leave.
@pcy+1hPAe5EE
This hits so close to the mark it actually hurts 😂
Another BBQ and games on the lawn anyone? That makes everything better right? You don’t need a pay rise to make morale better…
@5gvg+1hPAe5EE
Bellissimo.
@5zwi+1hPAe5EE Ah yes perfect, I forgot. My bad!
Everything is much better now 😁
An explanation is not required.
There is a Memorandum of Understanding in place. Fawley’s people is its competitive advantage.
Now we will say together - Forever Fawley.
@5bdw+1hPAe5EE Share the vision please.
There is a vision which you do not believe in. Leave.
@5yyx+1hPAe5EE Massively out of date, project restarted already, mostly with expensive expats into the UK.
All the same, the site is a basket case. Weak configuration, nothing advantaged in the site, I'm sure in '25 that reduced refinery capacity plus increased imports is in the plan.
Definitely no chance of CPI pay rises for UK employees, we won't be seeing much north of 5% for excellent I'd have thought. Very clear more UK employees need to leave.

The article is a bit dated but it shows how much Fawley is not valued. I see the asset to be sold to one of the African energy firms who need a refining outlet. Times are over in the UK!
@5wch+1hPAe5EE
Yeah good and if you don’t like it you can f-ck off
Now get back to work
Rumour is we won’t even get inflation rises in Jan. if that is the case then I think the agenda from the corporation couldn’t be any clearer. DW simply wants to get to 53k employees and all the pretence of “employees are our best asset” is now long gone. Working here now is simply a transactional exchange for 90% of the population.
@nvn+1hPAe5EE
Sold to who exactly?
It'll keep soldiering on forever, the management team have a soft spot for it and will continue pouring money down the drain at Fawley, under the justification that it has an edge being an integrated refining/chemicals plant.
@koo+1hPAe5EE Kudos to you 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉
For the right price, Fawley will be sold in a heartbeat… what else is left?
@gxh+1hPAe5EE
😂 I’ll let you off
@pwl+1hPAe5EE Sorry man, it was so good I had to steel it, I was inspired!!!!
Plus, I'm a supervisor! 😉
@wbp+1hPAe5EE
oi c-h-t don’t nick my phrase
Stealing others’ work without giving due credit, must work at Fawley
It's all just going to be great as soon as Truss gets in and we get our Brexit dividend two-point-zero...
I do hope so, every little helps in Englandzuela! 🤡
Free toilet roll benefit reinstated!
Bad day at the office eh?
UK plants are a nonsense especially after Brexit.
Splish splash splosh
I heard each and every Brit-based employee will receive 2x tickets to Pepper Pig World as a token of the company’s gratitude. Let the good times roll!
