STL Schedule

Is this unique to the SP or do all STLs work 6 hours while expecting their ASTLs and shifties to work 9+? They hired a talentless clown that has a long commute and he seems to reduce his drive time from his shifts.

The only thing that matters is the STL drops to their knees when upper managment graces the stores with their presence.

Also i just found out a few days ago that STL and ASTL’s schedules will now be on kronos too so they will have to punch in & out for every shift.

we had a stl get fired here in the southeast region...at one of the busiest stores no less....he was never working his scheduled shifts or short changing them on the hours...time theft for salaried employees...after his firing all the astls suddenly started working from 7:00am to 5pm instead of sneeking out at 330pm...lol..now if they ever get a look at that stl on the beach.......

Who cares if the STL is goofing off as long as they are not bothering you is the main thing.

My last STL worked from 7:45am-2:00 pm every shift. He did this for 6 years.

Some STL’s will use the excuse that they start replying to emails and take calls before leaving for work or once they get home. But in my current store, they’re all there for their scheduled shifts
