Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

I got 15 months to find a new job

This is my take from this performance cycle.
Anyone else feels the same?

Got my feedback today. My countdown starts now.

That is my plan. Start seriously looking knowing that December 2024 is the finish line but if I find a decent job before then, I am so out of here without hesitation. Nothing is worth this kind of stress.

Sometime take a long time because the employer thinks in an evil side that you are not fit for the job because you were layoff of fire. It is a one-year punishment (an old cr---y method that many companies like to use). You need to have a B, C, D, E plan, next time.

Sad but true - survived for another 15 months

Sniff around each year now at this time. Gotta have Plans B and C cocked and loaded.

Sounds about right, I've not had my feedback yet but expect to be in a similar position!

15months is too long. 3 months as best. Don’t believe any of the leadership now
