LEADERSHIP THAT STARTED IN 2021

K-NICH AND D-BRUN have single handedly allowed over 20 talented reps leave to TR in less than 2 years as well as put probably another 10 on performance improvement programs that require reps in particular positions to pick up the slack or they’re toast. They are dangling putting food on the table and a roof over reps families heads. A lot of these reps recently have been long tenured and are struggling from what I hear of overly excessive increases in quota from K-NICH and higher-ups that have ZERO clue how to run a sales org. We lost the best sales leader in R-BEAT TR has ever had because he saw this coming. The two mentioned above have zero clue what the F8&K they are doing. Good luck 👍🍀 it’s only a matter of time before they are canned too because of their department doing awful so far this year. LOL. Just resign already and go destroy another company that’s been well off for over 15 years.

I have worked with the same sales reps for years, and some were terrible and arrogant and got by on lax rules and lazy behavior. And these specialists? Give me a break. Super arrogant. Their strike was embarrassing.

And, the leaders you mention are terrible. It’s an unhealthy environment.

Same story in other segments. If you find yourself in this position, make sure that you collect your backup documentation, record exactly what took place, and have everything together so you can sue.

Thomson is moving operations off shore. They should be ashamed of themselves. Leadership fills their pockets with money and also all the stockholders. What do expect from a Canadian business.

It’s happening all over the organization too. I know one part in Small Law hired a bunch of new reps this year. From what I’ve been told a lot (most) of them have not hit quota since they started in January yet they are not on PIPs and are still hear. Yet someone who’s been here 5 plus years and misses a month gets put on a PIP. Sooo stupid. Let’s push out those who bring in money with those who don’t even know anything (but cost less).
