Thanks to their greed, EM went from being the highest payer in the industry everybody wanted to join to being uncompetitive when it comes to pay and benefits and no longer a top (or even a top three) choice for the majority of applicants. You can see this clearly when you look at the new hires. We used to get the cream the crop, now we're lucky if we get mildly competent new people. That's where we are now. Sad.

Worst of the worst select EM and then post their greedy pictures on LinkedIn to get noticed by the equally toxic leadership team.
Not that kind of campus. New hires from college campuses.
Why are we even bothering with new hires at the campus? Can't folls at technology centers do 1/8th the work for 1/3rd the cost in 10 times the time? Best business decision I have ever heard.
I have heard that there is an uptick in campus candidates turning down EM’s job offers.
