Is there a study? Rumors all over the place... any reliable sources?

My prediction is that they will make the announcement right after the Dallas move (like 2023/9) and complete Clinton site closure by 2024/9. We will see whether this comes true.
It is a question of when not if … the site is simply not competitive to conduct research that many other research entities can do much cheaper. The capabilities needed for the future long term research are no longer found internally. We are too slow to adapt.
Man I didn’t know I worked with so many a holes. Just because you are bitter doesn’t give you the right to say whole populations of people are cockroaches. Jeez, take it down a few notches.
I only work with one part of the engineering research in NJ but they have been very valuable in generating technical data that our competitors can’t. I’ve taken work from NJ into meetings with Shell, ConocoPhillips, Total, eni, etc in the room and as we go around the table they make some statements they can’t back up and then I’ll state the EM position and show data. It’s very convincing to resource owners.
Complaints and criticisms are valid, but let’s stop with the nuclear level rhetoric.
Annandale is the next site that DW will shut down. Sorry guys, you are done. As soon as DW finishes with Dallas you are next. Move to Houston or start looking for another job. Good luck.
You forgot a cockroach can live for a week without a brain. So I would say that these people have survived a lifetime without a brain. Look at PA wing. Just don't stare directly at it or you will have your brain sucked out. DO and his gang of do nothings employees and contractors alike. Send KE packing. She is a nasty troll. Louie Louie did a great job of preparing the site to close. Her reward is a golden parachute.
Some of the worst and talentless workforce is at CSR. The only solution is it’s completely and utter annihilation but then one of the person below commented correctly - the site is full of cockroaches who know how to survive without being useful. Look at some of them who moved to Upstream - cockroaches galore.
Haven’t seen good research from Annandale in years. Shoved the wrong people into wrong projects to produce garbage data and reports.
Research reduced to producing useless white papers.
