Anyone have the monthly rates for the Retiree UHC Mgmt $1k Indemnity health plan costs?

Pension eligible union retirees pay aboot $500/year for medical - for the same plan they had while working.
25 years in union will get you retire health benefits at about 260.00 per month for family
26k a year for 2 people is COBRA costs not retiree health plan, does anyone really know?

Not free for management. It was frozen in 2006 along with the pension.
I thought health care was free according to the unionite braggers.
