What you’re referencing is a BofA ECONOMICS research report. They are not bank spokespersons. They are not commenting on BofA culture. This is not a company wide memo or even an internal email among executives. The economics research is independent of the company. Wells Fargo has this too in CIB.
Do you even work in banking? Maybe try reading the source instead of deferring to a d-list ‘news’ report.
@uie. That’s actually American capitalism. In other “civilized” countries with capitalism, they actually have better working conditions and actually take care of their employees at the same time.
In Japan, for example, when they build a plant offshore, not one person at home loses a job. Imagine that.
Capitalism is exploitative. No surprises its set up that way.
