If you are hiring a candidate or promoting one for ANY reason other than qualifications..you are discriminating...
Which means
ANY candidate that didn't get a job they posted for...can sue...and win..back pay and other things...
WF and other companies have a lot of ugly coming down the road with being progressive to the point of discriminating..

I've been with WFHM for 16 years, as a Black woman who was passed for many jobs and held in the call center, entirely too long, many employees within WF bank and home mortgage are Very Racist
Weird that any comments disagreeing with this post have been deleted. What type of agenda does this message board have? It's quickly becoming racist central and none of these diversity topics offer any insight or relevant information. Let's see how long this comment lasts before it's removed.

I make sure to keep documents on all the deliberate CRT things being taught and senior mgmt emails and announcements regarding hiring preferences due to diversity

I know i was passed over for a promotion due to not being the correct forward diversity population...the person put in the job was under qualified and wound up leaving after messing up so badly...
I don't bother trying to advance anymore since WF has become so racist in promoting based on color or gender identity instead of qualifications.
