the entire india team under IOTG (now NEX) under SS and AK is 2000 people and they have no projects, literally just sitting around doing nothing. intel india is a literal money pit and nobody on ELT has a clue. Intel India should be shut down.

IOT is the only group with a record quarter.
Intel Foundry should be added to the list.
They will do what they now call a "rolling-layoff". Trim this team this week. Cancel that project the following week. Trim this ORG next month. No massive chop. Just a lot of little slices.
