Ford would be daft to leave redundancies too much longer so everyone’s payoff has an extra 11% on it ! Europe is due an inflation busting pay rise in November - is the USA ?

Only ten (10) Warn noticed are posted for 2022 for the entire state of Michigan. I'm wondering if they have a staffing problem. Note there is no Warn noticed posted yet for Rivian. I would be careful in using that system as a predictor of when layoffs will happen.

It's amazing that all these years after I got a layoff in 2008 Ford sound the same! Same recall issue! Same quality issues! Same poor management! Same golf buddy culture....
I wish they could have a vision with a ok management, it would be great for michigan!!!

The cut lists are being validated by legal and HR, just like the previous under the radar cuts this year. No WARN notices have been filed. Recall that WARN requires a 60 day notice. Thus all the upcoming incremental cuts in Aug and Sep are all under 500ish FTE.
People keep claiming no cuts have been done in June or July which is FALSE.

Stop stressing; take all your accumulated comptime off now; take all of your personal days off now; stop putting in anymore than 32 hours a week on work; Start interviewing now!

Take valuable lessons.
Never work for big corporates (avoid their gimmick interviews) where people at the top earn big on salary and bonuses at the expense of the efforts of lower levels. These people should be left alone and never given an opportunity to make decisions that put employees into anxiety.
Find a place where your contribution is recognized and you have peace of mind with sufficient money.
Its all in the power of your hands!!
