Hearing there is a company-wide hiring freeze. I wonder if NJ site is an exception as he promised the Governor a bunch of jobs. If not, I bet the Governor feels duped but it was bound to happen sooner or later. Same s*** FDC pulled in Nebraska to get tax breaks then blame economy when they fell short of meeting the promised number of jobs.

No one will finish the hiring process until the qtr closes same as RIF right before it does. Have to make the numbers look good for Wall Street. Then we again have 3 more months before it happens again.
Hiring slow down not completely frozen. Back fills only and must be reviewed by Frank. That is not exaggerated, Frank is actually reviewing all positions before they are posted.
we have hired NO one every time we post a job we no one either wants to move to Jersey or accept the offer. We also keep going in and out of a freeze face it its a sinking ship leadership has no idea of what to do other than to cut costs to make their wall street buddies happy. Stock hits March 2020 lows soon.

It takes a few months to go through the process of hiring someone. So they like to have a hiring freeze a few weeks short of that. It makes employees think that someone might be hired, without ever having to actually hire someone.
New Jersey doesn't have a pay the bonus if Fiserv doesn't reach the hiring goal.
