WFH POLICY update this week!

Happy Monday (not so) Funday! Well, here’s the deal, folks. In this time of pandemic uncertainty, we’re moving several folks to “WFH” status, actually with the W part removed. This really just means “from home” and stuff. The work part won’t be necessary any longer, and also your paycheck and benefits will also not be necessary any longer. Per Mr. Way’s directive, we are no longer using the “L” word around here. Something about a tarnish on his legacy. Anyhow. Those “FH” announcements will be on Wednesday.

I work from home anytime I please and that is most days TBH. I also lay out by the pool most days with my kids and get to my emails later in the day, all while still collecting 100% of my paycheck and a healthy bonus. It’s the privilege I deserve. I am 24 already and deserve all that life had to offer. I’ve put in my dues.

Wait, hold up! Does this mean we’re having another “RIF” event? How should I prepare? I’m a proud put in the open LGBQT+*^ member so I believe we have RIF shield automatically, right ? - to meet quota? All you White dudes older than 50 … 👀

Yes. Because you asked the question your status has changed from employed to unemployed. So the work location part is irrelevant. Thank you.

I was told by my supervisor that I can choose to work from home whenever I like. Has that changed?
