The consequence of many years of poor management is that most of us now work the bare minimum. How many of you are here who still work hard?
While milking this company, people are searching for better job. It would be nice if management finally realized that they are the ones who (perhaps unknowingly) created such a workplace.

Directors don't get retired paid health care. That's for C suite executives. They get 40% bonus. 75% lti. That's it in a nutshell. Whoever said they get retirement benefits, they are lying.
The trick is to make director and the number 75. Age plus time in the given company.
In most fortune 50 companies:
On achieving 75, At that point as a director and above you get Healthcare for life and also they pay out the accrued long term incentive. LTI is paid every year and paid out over three years. Aka the Golden cuffs!!
LTI: 100k in 2022, 33k paid in 2022, 2023, 2024
Also LTI for Director level can be upto 100% of base compensation. VP is upto 200%

The VP's are the ones that are milking the company. We don't get paid anything remotely close to what they are paid and we're doing ALL of the work while they basically do nothing. I can't think of anyone else in the company that's doing more milking than them.
I haven’t done any work for 10 years just keep collecting my pay checks :)
Svp make 4 million a year. Just sayin
Here are some Fortune 50 ballparks:
Directors probably make 350k plus
EDs probably make 500k
VP are 750k to 1 mil
SVP are 1.5 mil

Accusing workers for being lazy is a crutch to compensate poor leadership. Real leaders build people up and drive motivation. Real leaders are visionaries who take responsibility , lead by example and inspire greatness.
