Leadership Behavours - Any real change in 3years?

So I guess the Leadership Behavours are about 3 years old now. Has anyone seen any real changes in culture behavours or any examples where senior leaders have called out bad behaviours? i haven’t seen much real change. Seems like all of the role models decided to call it quits and leave?

At BMT, DHs and above don't practice what they have been preaching about leadership behaviors. They don't lead by example, however, they are very quick to criticize. They expect the SLS level to be coaching their teams on leadership, yet the SLS level hadn't been properly mentored or trained by their leadership. When you have poor leadership by example, it rolls downhill. That's one of the reasons everyone wonders why there is that DH layer of management.

No change at the Production affiliates. Managers here same and doing minimum to satisfy "new" program.

There has been a shift.

In the past, people scored brownie points for catching others not followed ng every stupid requirement.

Now that is frowned upon.

Now score brownie points for streamlining systems and ignoring GPs and using industry standards.

Spot on, @1dad+1heVLcmq - the real cultural thing going on here is not a “change”, just the exact same underlying behaviors and motivations in a more “woke” vernacular

I am still anxiously awaiting the results of the company wide “anonymous” survey that is supposed come out this month. I wouldn’t be surprised if doesn’t happen and we never hear of it again!

I know no survey is truly anonymous, but I answered truthfully. I know doing that it wouldn’t make any difference, but I wanted to go on record saying what needs to said.

To be fair, I have seen a different language. Managers say the right things but my observation is that this is really superficial window dressing.

Can't remember the last time I heard one of them promoting care, look after yourself etc...

Nope, business is back to normal, no need to pretend that there is any care or consideration for the grunt employees...

I've heard from a few supervisors that the leadership behaviors are out the window in this year's assessments and the real points scorers are those that actually produce monetary (business) results.
