Just got out of a meeting, couldn't believe the blatant disrespect management had towards the agents who were present. First time in my 12 years at T-Mobile I actually heard a manager tell a rep to "Shut up and listen!".

They haven't had any respect for employees for a few years.. This is nothing new
The best managers have left or have been laid off already. Your dealing with the bottom of the barrel
They’re all L-Spr managers now. They kept the guys that only know numbers.
Context? Was this a L-Spr or L-Tmo Manager? Sounds like a manager who doesn't know how to control a meeting and/or doesn't have the respect of their staff.
