Funny how he can say he gets paid well in his position, but they leave out anyone over $100k in the increase while inflation is sky high and gas is the most it’s ever been. How about instead of making insensitive comments about how you’re compensated well, you try to make sure the rest of us are, also.

I heard that the badge swipes are being looked at on a large scale level. Meaning they will not drill down to an individual and look at your specific activity. I think they are trying to see how full the buildings are each day.
Nope. We were told specifically by mgmt that no one is checking badge swipes. There’s no point right now.
Rumor I heard is they are starting to read badges July 1st. Anyone else hear that? Meanwhile, they hire newbies who get to WFH.

Why did it feel like he was yelling the whole time he was talking? Felt very awkward, and not for nothing he is a bit of an a$$ho-e. Funny how they did not even address that GT received 2 days WFH, but all Ops gets is 'work with your manager' -- is he that out of touch?
