I think the percentage of people who answer questions honestly in these surveys is very small.
Who wants to tell the truth and who believes that honest answers will serve to make some changes for the better here? I believe that only those who have a serious intention and plan to leave are honest in these survey.

I was always completely honest, and never made any attempt to remain anonymous.
Alas, my efforts to get laid off failed - and I ended up having to resign with out severance.
I wasn't completely honest in my previous survey, with some fear of it not being completely anonymous, but this go round, I honestly didn't care. Do I think things will change? Nope. Do I at least feel better having said what I felt needed to be said? Yup.
These surveys only serve to mark a check box, yes, we engaged our employees but rarely see real positive change come from it.
It is correct. Survey is used to find who disagrees with leadership.
I light 'em up, every single time. Speak your mind on these things. People pretending everything is fine because of some false belief your opinions will be used against you... that's what causes bad situations to continue forever without any real change.
Be professional, and be smart, sure... don't mention specifics that would directly identify you... but be honest.

I was honest, if I’m not then I can’t complain nothing changes. Everyone can choose to do what they want but lying seems stupid, just don’t participate.
I don’t believe it will change much, but I was honest. I don’t have intentions of leaving, but I will if things don’t get better.
