I want to quit because the job is not challenging. They give you more work, but it is not challenging and more geared towards productivity. Which is not challenging but lame boring work.

Leaving in 2 years and 300 days. Not scare to leave, but I’m also not leaving without my pension. I’ll work another 10 years after leaving. I can double my salary by walking so I’m excited about the what’s to come after I leave. In the meantime I’ll keep working my a$$ off at a lower salary.
T is not a good place to be anymore. The best days of this company are 30 or more years ago.

I thought about it. I don't want to forfeit my jelly of the month subscription that I received as my bonus last year.

  1. 6% inflation, $5-6.00 per gallon for gas, 401Ks down 15-30%, supply chain issues, future food supply shortages, electric grid power outages this summer and the upcoming recession...what's there to be scared of!

I'm asking because that's my main issue. That's the only reason why I'm still here.
