Maybe raise rates again, T has a fairly captive audience when it comes to mobility. Now is probably a good buying opportunity, but only if the share price increases at some point.

Share price will be flat at best for the immediate future. Too much debt, too many outstanding shares and the investor class doesn’t like T. The share price will not increase significantly until those items improve.
Look at our outstanding shares compared to VZ and T Mobile, look at our debt compare to them, as well. Then look at the d-mb strategic acquisitions made in recent history. Add it up and your investing in a tu-d. Nobody likes buying sh!t.
