Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Lost sense of trust

It bothers me that I can't trust our leadership, but it bothers me even more that it is no longer possible to trust my colleagues either. This has become a very toxic environment. Backstabbing has become commonplace. How much trust do you have in your colleagues?

LoL your leadership never trusted nor has given a sh-t about you. If you dropped dead tomorrow they would have your route filled within an hour.

Very well said. I've turned so many people away from Mondelez. Anyone I cared about I'd tell them the toxic environment that goes on. They can't keep help or get help for a reason, at least in the US. Management has made this place the worst place on earth to work. The day I left, I started living again.
Discrimination and nepotism are rampant.

Think about it on these terms.. can you really trust anyone? And if you can they are most certainly not one of the shot callers at a place like mondelez. It's a truly disgusting place to work for many reasons. The people who enjoy big salaries from mondelez are terrible people for what they allow on their watch. Somehow they are able to sleep at night. One 13 hour day " in the field" would break anyone of them. We all know that their true job title should be " Email Forwarder" because that is all they seemingly know how to do. And as for your " colleagues" I don't know about you, but when I worked there, I rarely if ever saw/met anyone from mondelez and I was there 5 years. But if you have some, the answer is no. You can't trust anyone. It's dog eat dog. Especially in the New Rome
