How's EMIT doing these days?

If you don’t know yet, supervisors in EMIT are starting to take mental health breaks! Talking about morales.
Who are these fools suddenly promoting how amazing a few hundred RSU every 7 years is???????
Not as low in the past but it will change again with so many reorgs and having agile shoved down your throat. More and more work is getting outsourced or handled by GBC who have no business pushing out a project to the business.
EMIT morale should increase soon. Many that resigned last year will be laid off with lower severance than XOM paid. Plus those that do not get laid off will have LOWER compensation than the XOM Compensation they were receiving because ALOT of their "pay raise" was equity based and with stock market crash...now they are "out of the money"....All these SMART PEOPLE SURE LOOK D-MB NOW. HA HA HA ...I am laughing alot. On the other hand those that stuck with XOM and are getting RSU now see the value of their RSU up significantly and these RSU will pay in INCREASING DIVIDEND till they vest. Many who were not getting RSU will receive them in December.
All the comparatively cheap contractors left in 2020 to be replaced by expensive MSP contractors in 2021 and 2022.
Contractors should do the right thing and voluntarily leave. They are costing the company too much.
Didn’t most of the contractors leave? Who’s doing the work?
EMIT, as a shell now, is riding high on a wave of morale.
2 types of waves:
1 - Those high Kaialuah white-caps like it is everyday on a tropical island. Ginger and Mary-Ann. Or Professor, if you prefer.
2 - Those shadowed Red Rolls gurgling out the elevator in Kubrick's Shining.

@wag+1hhtBrAN, oh yeah the white bearded executive, PB from EMIT is not letting go any opportunities to comment, post, and include his picture in any posts he touches. He seems to have a lot of free time than a regular employee or perhaps executives of his caliber milk top $$$ by trying to become social influencer.
Based on all the forced positivity EMIT mgmt. is spreading on LI by posting about the ERG events, welcoming interns, and posting "Excellent Work" like comments for any and all posts from their bosses, yeah both life and morale is great in EMIT. Anyone else feel any different?
