Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Dallas Execs have been able to make Sponsored Koolaid drinkers love the Company.

They need to spread that love done to the real workforce.

Give 3% bonus to every worker every month that oil averages over $100.

Give RSUs to everyone.

Stop the PIP and restart training to inspire improvement.

STOP making normal workers feel like we are living paycheck to paycheck and surviving potential PIP to potential PIP.

Seems safer to be contract than an employee on yearly contract.

What else could Dallas Execs do to make us be proud of working for EM?

I am just amazed that DW pays the new hire CFO $12,500 per hour then only gives everyone a 3% bonus.

Give everyone 3% every month that oil is over $100.

Stop throwing away money with stock buybacks.

Save up at least $25 billion to avoid layoffs and investment pause in next downturn.

How the he-l you figure they're going to give RSUs to everyone on the regular when it means less for the toe suckers? No way in he-l that's happening. They're not smart enough but sure as heck greedy enough even if it means they suck it dry to the bone.

The EM big wigs feast when the harvest is abundant and scramble when there is a famine. They never learn, our did they this time around. I guess they did as they are now in the process of reducing FTE's, replacing them with contractual skilled resources. That's the future of EM: more contractors than FTE's.
