Hi, does anyone have the salary bands for Manchester, UK.
I'm on 36K for I band, but I now have team members on G grade who just joined on only slightly less than me and want to know how I compare.

I'll never forget the one manager in Manchester, let's call him "Adam". Adam was with the company for about 30 years. When Adam retired at pay rate £39000, it was time to replace him. Naturally his post was not advertised, no internal candidates were considered, and Adam's replacement was a young external spiv at £72000. Through the layers of shut-up clauses I could never call Adam and let him know how grossly underpaid he was. I could never tell him about age discrimination. But in my mind I detest the disloyalty, disregard, disrespect of an unethical company, where senior management and HR combine to exploit the goodwill of people.
My numbers:
like mancunians are some sort of special breed ha ha... why would they bother open an office in Manchester and have same band across the UK ha ha...

£27300-£49200 for level I in Manchester
£19500 - £33000 for level G
Does it really matter?
You could be living next-door to someone working remotely from the London office on thousands of pounds more than you (at same band as well).
With remote working - do the salary bands by precise location serve much anymore?
They should just have a salary band for the UK ! ! ! !
