Now we get an email at least twice a week notifying us of COVID outbreak. Many people are oit sick. Now what?! It’s spreading like fire in a haystack. When will management take an action to protect us. I don’t feel comfortable going to the office. I don’t want to be sick. I think it is a basic human right for me not to be in a place that can get me sick. Now what?!!

I love the idea to contact your local TV station!!! They deserve to have their careless practices brought to light. WFA is back full on with bringing in brokers and managers from out of town and crowding them all in to meetings for 3 days as if the pandemic never happened. People are getting sick and spreading it. This leadership team should be publicly questioned and embarrassed for their poor decision -making time and time again.
It is spreading aggressively in the St Louis location as well. I was told that upper management has been asked many times by middle-management to go back to WFH for just 2 weeks in order to tamper it down and keep it from spreading more. Upper management refuses.

Don't other states comply with OSHA?WF tried not sending out notifications about COVID breakouts, but employees contacted OSHA about it and WF quickly starting sending out notifications.

It is your right. Look for another job that's fully remote.
Look at the bright side - you’re in one of only 3 or 4 state/city locations that requires notifications. The rest of us are sitting ducks trying to figure out if people are just rebelling from RTO or out with Covid. Either way, this opaque management of a serious risk not only to the individuals working in the office but to business resiliency as a whole.
