Think the recession is a problem? Wait until you add on 12 more months of poor management and young inexperienced workers. 5 hour tasks taking 60 because of inefficiency, continued piling up of work, and morale in the gutter. Yikes

I'm not paid to do more than the minimum. With no incentive or path to a bigger paycheck here, not bothering anymore. Just collect my paltry pay and do my time.
Waiting for severance. Doing minimal work since that seems to be the norm.
I am wondering how senior management is not noticing this. Simple tasks the previous person finished off in one sitting is still incomplete after six months here because the new hire in that group does not know how to figure things out. Everyone is overworked, no longer engaged with the bank and looking for full remote work, or no one left knows what to do or how to do it right
