Anyone on PIP right now?

Haven't been piped yet...but bosses are constantly p00ping on me.
Sponsored Supervisors and Managers do not get PIPd because their bosses are afraid to speak out in ranking meetings and tell how bad they are.
I know one Supervisor that was dropped in ranking after he failed to wave flags for a Sponsored person in a ranking session.
Sponsored people have immunity.
Do managers and supervisors get pip'd too? I haven't seen it happen.
Too early late July is piping time. Someone stated there are not enough people left to pip anymore. I reminded them that there has to be 5 or 8 percent piped no matter what. The bottom has to be cut because management decided this long ago. 7
Yes. That is officially a July event. Not June.

I’m waiting for my PIP/PIL offer. WTF is taking so long? Ranking meetings were over a month ago.
Three interviews lined up. Plan B in full effect.
Ranking just ended. Next month layoff forum will get active again.
