Always prepare for the Worst in this company. If your not actively looking for for next job, you making a mistake. You put be exceeds on your reviews for years straight., But you will get reduced to a number on a spreadsheet in the end.
Yes, there is a re-org in clinical performance in Optum coming which will result in some layoff and others who are senior terminated to avoid high severance. Time to dust off the resume.
This time make sure the company you work for has ethics and backbone. ALL of UHG, UHC and Optum discriminate. The re-org should start with Sir Witty!
