Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Name a job that sounds better than working at Fiserv at this point

I'm going to say Walmart cashier.

I feel that different BUs get treated differently. Some are micromanaged to he-l while others are allowed to operate with some flexibility, and yet others are allowed to retain existing remote employees indefinitely. It's funny considering that there were many efforts by FD and Fiserv to "level the playing field" by ensuring that company policies were applied fairly across the various BUs, but instead, it ends up being a political contest of which VPs are able to lobby for the best protections for their departments (e.g. Clover, which is allowed to retain privileges that most other BUs would never receive). This company is a total disgrace and an incoherent mess across the board.

Fiserv is not the problem -- the leadership of Fiserv is the problem.

I have worked in retail stores that treated their employees better than Fiserv.

Walmarts benefits may actually be more attractive than fiservs.
Might be a decent move.
