I didn't care for it this year and didn't do it. What's the difference??
No matter what the survey actually shows, the results will be spun in the Bank’s favor. My responses are quite literally useless. The manager I roll up to in Workday is not the same person that does my my reviews. I’m sure that the person I roll up to in Workday is a great manager. I have no idea though as I’ve never had a conversation with them. So I either rate them ‘neither agree or disagree’ since I can’t speak to their management style or I rate them as I would for the person who does my reviews (which would not be good at all)? In either case, I have zero confidence that any actions will result from this survey.
Similar to other responded, I was fair and honest and that meant I didn’t give great ratings and was very open about how their approach to RTO and mindset around WFH was devastating to associates. Morale is the lowest I’ve seen in decades. I was honest that they continue to make things worse and they are turning into an employer to avoid.
I was completely honest. I dont care if it isnt anonymous. I put my opinions and if they approach me on them I am happy to elaborate and explain why I see things the way I see them.
I am also happy to change my opinions if I am wrong.
Yes, I did note down the work remotely situation and how going to the office has been really detrimental to me.
