Does BofA still require proof of vax for new hires?

Yes, I think all of the big banks do currently.
Per understanding yes. Vaxxed or not being brought on...at least for band 4s to 9 or however high it goes.
Upper upper management can do what though is what i hear...

We've advanced to carrier pigeon in our dept. (It was a huge tech investment!)
No fax requirement afaik, but I did have to pass a test on Morse Code. I'm just glad it wasn't semaphores.
