I think most of the issues that exist in the company can be resolved very easily. Do you agree? However, why the leadership does not see it that way, I really have no answer.

“Looks like another lucrative week, even though we have little work til the end of the day because the control center/dispatchers sit on repair tickets until right before they go home. Perfect.”
I call 611 at 8am. Tell the call center I work for the company ‘at home’, I know my internet is out due to a fiber cut. They tell me there’s no outage and start the hour long script of rebooting and resets. Then they schedule a repair tech for 2 days later. 8 hours later, after 200 neighbors get home from work and call in a trouble, an outage is finally declared. Overtime dispatch initiated! Unlike decades past, the call center has no direct connect to the Repair Center nor the community. Try telling the call center you saw contractors digging on Main St…”there’s no outage”.
First priority, get out of debt. It's an anchor around T's neck.
T running on autopilot!
Don't care.
Tuesday at 1PM and I've 21 hours in.
Looks like another lucrative week, even though we have little work til the end of the day because the control center/dispatchers sit on repair tickets until right before they go home. Perfect.
And the company doesn't care.
The boss thanks us for picking these jobs up.
hahahahahahaha
Issue is AVP level and above.
Crony capitalism.
The answer is that the BoD needs to be replaced. But Vanguard and Black Rock are too W O K E to do anything like that.
So the BoD let the Rat and Sink go unsupervised and transform it into Toxic-T with the biggest debt of any US company. Plus they both hosed over the Shareholders, Customers and Employees while they were at it.
So the solution is simple, but it will NEVER happen.
