It's not surprising attrition is as high as it is, it's shocking that more people are not leaving.

OP, what is this attrition u speak of - have any stats? Daily, albeit the malcontents, say they are not leaving til they are tossed out because the pay is so good and none of them have any work and get tons of OT.

What is the significance of that number of years - meeting rule of 75?
For me it’s a pension. I have offers from other companies but I can’t go until I hit the 25 year mark. Getting closer each day.
If you are not pension eligible, I would like to here the reasons you work here.
Most employees are stuck since they don't have current/relevant technical skills. They will stay until finally pushed out the door. And this is the fundamental problem T faces.
Honestly, what are the positives of working here? Can you think of any?
