- work has been confusing due to MRA and other leadership adhoc requests
- work is incredibly boring without any material funding to do exciting work (non reg or audit related)
- nothing is getting done and it's all red tape and bad processes
- tech has hired a lot of unqualified outsourced employees who don't hold very engaging or clear sessions causing further confusion
- Rto plan has been a disaster. Everyone has lost faith in the company to adapt.
- surveys are a joke and stopped doing them because they never take action. Year over year it's the same survey with no results. In fact it gets worse...look at the rto survey...they have not released any meaningful results or taken actions...they don't care.
- no raises for BofA "middle class" 100-200k folks (most of us haven't seen an increase in years)
- misleading effort of RSU for everyone but in reality they have taken it from those who get them now (notice how they have gone down substantially)
- no sense of accomplishment as there are calls with so many people for hours on a day without anything getting done
- reporting and governance is more than actual execution
- pay is lagging behind industry while CEO and execs pay themselves handsomely
- mental and physical well being is not good working here anymore
- only folks who are sticking around are low performers and folks on visa who are essentially held hostage and can not leave.
This is why this place is a sinking ship! So many good people have left and when long timers are leaving... it's a bad omen for this place.
