You were the guy that could grow this company, but your exec team are all woke now and aren't focused on sales.

Why have you hired so many worker bees that can neither walk nor chew gum? People act like they need 2000 hours a year allocated to not be evil to others and most would still do the same bad job in a completely homogeneous environment where they were allowed to be evil to each other. Evidence: decades of failure before the policies referenced came to be.

Yes, this includes people with 20 or fewer years at Cisco. The elders left in their exotic commuter cars when the 2001 layoffs ki---d the fun of the place so for ages most of the problems came from the remaining short timers. Fire anyone who can’t figure this out.

I think that those who've been at Cisco for more than 20 years are conscious of themselves being so incompetent, so incapable, hence they cannot move to work at other companies. They've stayed at Cisco too long and now it's just too late to move out to other companies, so they're going to have to stick to Cisco. Regardless of the regions or countries, US, UK, Japan, Singapore, Sydney, they know that by themselves, don't they?

HR respects and "recognizes" them, and they get more and more bossy in their team. But the reality is that they're problematic for the organization to grow or change, hence need to voluntarily leave for the sake of the company. HR doesn't do anything with it.

First off, I don’t believe you. 😊 But here we go. What did it look like behind the scenes when Cisco was asked(?) by the administration to require COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of employment? Another question, if you would allow, how much does ESG ratings, as favored by some investment firms, factor into policies enacted by Cisco?
