If the plan is to transform HW into a software company, why most of the senior leaders don't have high degree (or broad knowledge) in software/computer?! If a leader doesn't know what he's talking about, how the he-l it's expected that an employee follows him? Not to say that they most of the time define WRONG strategies that waste money and time and lead to losing customers

Why don’t you create a system (through HR or anywhere else) that employees can express leadership flaws across the board? One of the HW issues, at least across HCE, is that employees can not express the flaws they wirness In the leadership and higher management, the messages or the messenger get ki---d before reaching to designated person! The survey system is not anonymous as managers can sometimes pinpoint the person if the team is small and/or any comment is left!
- what do you do with all the money you make?
- do you drive yourself to work or do you have a driver? What kind of car?
- is Charlotte nicer than Morris Plains?
- what does your office look like?
- when you take the private jet can you get unlimited soft drinks? Snacks?
- do you have to take the trash out at home?
Why are you not spinning off Advanced Materials? Don’t get distracted by 40 to 80% margins on their products. Making chemicals doesn’t fit either Apple or Industrial Software or Connected Enterprise strategies. Let them go.
