I got my call today... I'm sad I won't get to talk to my favorite coworkers everyday, they have become family... But I'm beyond relieved to be done! I hate everything this company has become. The anti employee culture, the failing products, the almost daily alarm points... A decade gone but I am relieved, my soul is at peace tonight.

I was not rif’d but left of my own decision and I’m here to tell you the grass is greener and the best feeling in the world is leaving fiserv. I was remote and sent all my equipment back via FedEx. Never have had a greater sense of relief as I did the day FedEx took the boxes.
For most reductions in force, you worry about "survivor guilt" and how the associates that remain deal with the loss...this time around, honestly, it feels more like jealousy that others were picked to go...there will be more organic attrition to come.
