No other bank has this high of a view count (most have views that go into high 100s and mayby 1000s)
BNYM has programmed bots to scan each post for any updates and they roll up reports for management. As these bots visit each post several times a daily y the view count goes up.

I agree it sounds too sophisticated for BNYM. On the other hand, it tracks that they would use company resources to do such a thing, instead of just focusing on real improvements to the culture and employee experience.

If you look at the up down vote counts on the "poetry" thread, it is apparent that the bots are voting on certain topics in addition to overall scanning of comments.
10,000s of thousands??? That's at least 40 million views.
BNY Mellon Management is so d-mb they all stand on their desks to raise their IQ's.
I am not technical, but could bots identify us somehow?
Are the post IPs possibly embedded somewhere?
And management will still turn a blind eye to pay complaints.
