Should we presume EM is going to stay silent and not do anything like these top companies? And EM is incorporated in NJ and/or Delaware so legally presume there is a way. But they’d have to want to support their female employees so I don’t expect anything. Maybe WIN can raise the topic to at least get a statement from our MC and HR leadership.

They joined a group including Starbucks, Tesla, Yelp, Airbnb, Netflix, Patagonia, DoorDash, JPMorgan Chase, Levi Strauss & Co., PayPal, OKCupid, Citigroup, Kroger, Google, Microsoft, Paramount, Nike, Chobani, Lyft and Reddit that had previously implemented similar policies.
