I got the email stating everyone under $100k will be getting an increase starting in June. I’m well under and I’ve been hearing from a lot of people they already got their 7%. Is anyone still waiting? We’re almost in July, how long do we have to wait? I’ve been with the bank for 12 years.

So, I’m the OP for this thread. Circling back to share my experience.
After escalating to my manager, they keep me now they would get it figured out, time passed and I never heard back so I contacted HR. They said while I’m under $100k, I wasn’t eligible, but gave no reason other than to talk to my manager again. I did, they still didn’t know. They finally came back today, to say that it was pushed through after talking to the LOB HR partner in compensation.
They didn’t make this easy for anyone and I feel like if I didn’t keep asking, they would have just let it go.
Keep asking and escalate if you know you should have been included and were not.
Thrilled to be making 10 cents more than a new hire working second shift. I feel so valued

You should’ve saw your increase on this past pay. Look in Workday, it will appear there. Everyone employed before 2021 will get an increase between 3-7%. Your managers should’ve also did a one on one with you about your percentage.
I was told if you don’t hear anything, you didn’t get an increase.
I ve heard this more than I should...is it up to manager to do something or call hr? How can the bank mess something up like this after the company wide email?
It was not showing on june 15th ish check for them....
I think managers were supposed to update Workday? Could be wrong, but pretty sure I saw an email about that forwarded from our HR partner to leaders in our org..
