Looks like they didn't pay attention to the feedback in the survey people did a while back. DW says that culture is great and room for improvement. Overall the messaging i got was that the ship will continue this course.

At least DW is working? He could have kept quiet and give us the same form of leadership seen during the begging of covid 19 crisis.

Buffered for me, gave up after 2 attempts, I already knew what he would say so don’t feel like I missed anything. DW could have saved us the effort of the survey by going to glassdoor…..oh wait , he would then see his 20% approval rating

If DW said for certain that the sun would shine tomorrow, I would go buy batteries for my flashlights.
Never trust the guy that declared no layoffs in 2020 then set the deadline for all layoffs to be completed by year end 2020.
The survey didn’t have a single question on it that could accurately assess the culture at XOM and was purposely structured that way.
It is my opinion that even if the survey was developed competently to measure the culture at XOM, DW would have produced the same video about the demonstrated commitment of the employees in turbulent times with some minor areas of improvement highlighted that will be immediately addressed.
This video really didn’t need a survey to be produced other than the survey was the crutch needed to make the video possible.
