We continue to work in an absolutely toxic work environment. It's so easy to see that the leadership learned exactly nothing from all the negative publicity that came with the many age discrimination revelations. I guess until they face some severe legal repercussions, nothing will change.

If you still work at IBM, YOU are the one who doesn't learn. Why are you trying to change other people... change yourself and make yourself better by working elsewhere.
They do learn.. the learning doesn't come from the place you expected. Hint: follow the money
thats why u gotta pull the plug on them. its the only way to end the nightmare of IBM.
