The long anticipated results of the DW employee survey have come out. I just watched the 4 minute video where DW sits on the corner of his desk and speaks while delivering absolutely nothing of substance.
Honestly, the video was so devoid of specific details or current information, if you told me he recorded it before he actually sent the survey out, I’d believe it.
Sure, I didn’t have high hopes, but this just seemed quick, lazy and dismissive (except perhaps to the chosen ones - the 150 top tier leaders he mentioned).
